Jim Ross Makes Huge Blunder as He Calls AEW Dynamite as WWE Dynamite On-Air!

AEW Dynamite returned to Wednesday Nights after being off schedule for a weeks. AEW called Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida, it’s home throughout the pandemic era. They bid adieu to their home base with a strong show. However, there was one blemish in the end, thanks to Jim Ross.

AEW produced a wonderful closing package that literally brought tears to everyone’s eyes. The package recapped all the great moments they had in Daily’s Place throughout the pandemic.

Jim Ross makes huge blunder on AEW Dynamite!

After the package ended, they showed shots of the live audience in Daily’s Place chanting AEW in unison. As we saw the crowd shots, the commentators, Jim Ross and Tony Schiavone pitched what to expect next week on Dynamite as they said a final goodbye to Jacksonville. And this is when JR committed an innocent mistake.

Good Ol’JR called AEW Dynamite as ‘WWE Dynamite’ while closing the show. And this little mistake in the end was heard by everyone! JR said, “Folks, there is nothing in your life that will top seeing a live WWE Dynamite.”

This is not the first time Jim Ross has had a slip of tongue like that. A few months ago in February, JR introduced AEW World Champion Kenny Omega as the WWE Champion. Yes, he actually did!

JR is no rookie commentator. He’s one of the greatest ever to call the action inside a squared circle. Something like this shouldn’t have happened and he believes the same.

Yep I apparently made an untimely error tonight at shows end.

No excuses.

And I’m not quitting.

Following the blunder at the end of Dynamite, JR took to Twitter to comment on it. He accepted the mistake from his end, and said there were no excuses for it. However, he added he isn’t quitting after Twitter erupted with questions regarding JR’s future in AEW after the WWE Dynamite mention.
