Love Island’s Faye Winter has been behaving in a territorial manner around Chloe Burrows according to her body language – and that was before her partner Brad McClelland snogged her and declared he liked her more.

During Wednesday’s episode, Brad also kissed Faye and revealed to the villa that he likes her the least, despite them being a couple, resulting in a pretty frosty exchange at the fire pit.

But before all of that kicked off, Chloe sat down with Faye and the rest of the islanders and their conversation was overflowing with power and leadership signals.

In this week’s Love Or Lie Island, body language expert Judi James exclusively explained to Metro.co.uk: ‘We got the finger on the lip signal, which is a negative evaluation.

‘Then we got the finger up the side of the face, which is negative evaluation and then she [Faye] started with the hand and she mimicked Chloe speaking and that’s a real put down.

‘That act of mimicry is the first little attack.’

Judi added that Faye wasn’t alone in her actions, with Kaz Kamwi also giving off small signals such as tapping her feet while Chloe spoke.

Still, Judi believes that Faye and Chloe are both competitive alpha females and this could create conflict.

Sharing further analysis, Judi said Faye ‘spells danger immediately’, however her tough exterior could be a ‘veneer of toughness’.

‘A lot of her behaviour actually looks quite defensive in a way,’ she added. ‘There might be a point at which we stop seeing this warrior woman.’

Will we soon see a different side to Faye?

Elsewhere, Judi is worried that Kaz is at risk of being friendzoned by Toby Aromolaran.

Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
