Indiefoxx loses Twitch partnership following sixth consecutive ban
The reason for this sixth suspension have yet to be explained (Picture: Indiefoxx)
The string of controversies surrounding streamer Indiefoxx has finally caught up with her as she’s stripped of her Twitch partnership.
Some say that any publicity is good publicity, even if it involves being a controversial figure. And while Twitch streamer Indiefoxx has certainly been stirring controversy this year, and gaining a lot of publicity as a result, it has ultimately cost her.
Real name Jenelle Dagres, Indiefoxx has been hit with a sixth suspension by Twitch this year alone. Not only that, but she has also been stripped of her Twitch partnership.
Twitch itself hasn’t commented on this, but a look through the platform’s code (courtesy of Twitter user CommanderRoot) shows that her affiliate and partner statuses are listed as ‘false,’ meaning they have been revoked.
What this means is she’ll no longer be able to make money from her streams or use Twitch’s subscription services. Dexerto has corroborated this information, adding that she’ll still retain access to her channel once her suspension ends.
It’s currently not known exactly why Twitch has suspended her for the sixth time or how long it will last. Previous instances tended to last no more than a few days and some were the result of her streaming in a bikini as part of the once controversial hot tub streams that exploded in popularity a few months ago.
This trend was soon replaced with ASMR streams, which in turn resulted in many users (Indiefoxx among them) being banned from Twitch for suggestively licking microphones while posing in leggings. It’s believed these streams violated Twitch’s policies on sexually suggestive content.

According to Dexerto, most streamers tend to be permanently banned from Twitch following their third suspension, yet Indiefoxx has been allowed to come back repeatedly.
Indiefoxx has also not commented on her partnership status being revoked.
