The UFC is planning to schedule a bantamweight showdown between Nathaniel Wood and Jonathan Martinez. As per a news leak that came from bjpenn.com, both the fighters have signed their contracts. Despite this reported development, the UFC has yet to confirm the news. The promotion is trying to target this fight for the September 4 event in London.

Jonathan Martinez is an American fighter with a record of thirteen wins and four losses. He joined the UFC in 2018, making his debut against Andre Soukhamthath and losing by unanimous decision.
