After a hiatus lasting nearly two-years, Love Island is finally back – and it’s wasted no time dropping bombshells on the cast (and viewers at home).
From last-minute additions like Rachel Finni to the shock early departure of Shannon, this series is already shaping up to be just as memorable and meme-worthy as previous seasons.
But how many weeks will fans get to be gripped by the antics this time? When is the Love Island finale?
When is the Love Island 2021 final?
The date for the final of Love Island 2021 hasn’t yet been officially announced.
However, as the last two summer series of Love Island counted for 49 episodes each, the seventh series can be expected to be a similar length.
If the pattern repeats, this edition of Love Island could conclude on Monday, August 23.

The final will see a new couple following in Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea’s footsteps, being crowned King and Queen of the Island.
The winning couple will be voted for by the public with one half of the couple given the ultimate decision to make – take all of the £50,000 prize money for themselves or split it with their partner.
So far, no winner has decided to take the money for themselves, so could this year’s see the first shock decision?
Only time will tell…
Love Island: Unseen Bits is on at 10pm tonight on ITV2, with the main show returning at 9pm on Sunday.
