Love Island’s Hugo Hammond is left in tears on tonight’s episode, following an explosive fall-out with co-stars Sharon Gaffka and Faye Winter.
In a teaser from last night’s instalment, we saw the PE teacher in tears as he’s comforted by the boys, with question marks over exactly what went down.
Well it seems one of those couples’ challenges is to blame…
Things get heated as the singletons get ready for another game where they learn a lot about each other, including some things that are probably left behind closed doors.
However, things become tense when they spill the beans on their biggest turn-offs, with some of the girls left reeling.
Lifting the lid on what he doesn’t like in a partner, Hugo confesses: ‘Fake, yeah. Personality and looks.’

‘Leggy blonde. Not fake,’ he says of his perfect type, leaving his castmates upset with the word ‘fake’.
Faye fumes: ‘That word keeps getting thrown around, doesn’t it?”
‘I think I was just annoyed as a mate,’ Sharon adds. ‘I respect him enough to say to him, what you’re saying is upsetting me.’
Realising he’s upset some of the girls, he vows: ‘I didn’t mean anything malicious did I?

‘I just didn’t mean to upset anyone, that’s the last thing I wanted.’
In the teaser shown last night, Hugo could be seen being consoled, leaving viewers wondering what had happened to get such a reaction.
The clip saw him solemnly asking Sharon: ‘How can I make this up to you? That’s what I want to know.’
To which she replied: ‘There’s not a lot you can do, is there really?’

Being totally honest about her feelings towards his words, Faye added: ‘I don’t give a f**k if he’s upset. F**k off.’
But will all be forgiven and forgotten, or is there another divide among the group?
Love Island continues daily, at 9pm, on ITV2.
