Braun Strowman is clearly working hard weeks after his WWE release.

The former world champion, who left the wrestling giant last month after eight years under contract, is currently leaving fans guessing about his next big move but he’s obviously focused on staying in tip top shape in the meantime.

The towering star, real name Adam Scherr, has shown off his hulking physique in another workout video as he facing the camera and puts himself through his paces.

He captioned the short clip: ‘Grow mother F’er Grow!!!!!! #BeefKing (sic)’

The Monster Among Men isn’t someone you’d think needed to get any bigger, but it sounds like Strowman is putting all the work in before whatever it is he does next.

You’d be a fool to be against him, on this evidence!

Meanwhile, Braun – who captured the Universal, Intercontinental and Raw Tag Team Championships during his eight-year run with WWE – recently cut his huge beard for the ‘first time’ in 10 years.

Showing off his new style, the hulking star shared a selfie on Instagram and wrote: ‘Since I figured the cats out the bag already. I cut my beard for the first time in a decade and while I’m still adjusting to it I ain’t mad at it!!!!!

‘#MLMR #FreshStart #WhoDat #BabyFaceForLife #LetsGo #Nfg #GetTheMopOut #HideYourWifes big thx to my boy @jg0n for always making me #DapperAf (sic)’

This all comes as new AEW scout – and WWE Hall of Famer – Mark Henry revealed he’d love to bring Strowman to the rival promotion after being instrumental in his move to Vince McMahon’s company.

He told TMZ Sports: ‘[He’s] super high on my list. It’s not an all Mark Henry decision, but there’s already interest on both sides.

‘Hopefully by the time he’s allowed to wrestle in August, I think the middle of August, then we could have a serious conversation about contractual things of that nature but right now there’s interest on both sides. I love that dude.’

The World’s Strongest Man – who showed off his amazing weight loss last month – insisted he and Strowman can’t ‘talk business’ until his contract officially expires at the end of the 90 days.

‘I talked to him, I mentored him but I tell him all the time, I can’t talk business,’ he explained. ‘When your contract expires, you call and let me know and then we’ll have a talk.’
