Euro 2020: This Morning viewers in tears over Mason Mount’s sweet message to young fan after giving her his shirt

This Morning viewers have been left sobbing over a sweet moment between England footballer Mason Mount and a young fan he gave his shirt to at the Euro 2020 semi-final.
After the historic win for the England team, Mason spotted 10-year-old Belle in the crowd and went over to give her his shirt.
Completely overwhelmed, Belle burst into tears and ran into her dad’s arms, with the sweet video going viral.
Chatting to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning, Belle revealed it meant the world to her.
The pair also surprised her on the show, sharing a video message from Mason, with the 22-year-old telling her: ‘Hi Belle, it’s Mason here.
‘I just wanted to do this message to you and say how special your reaction was after the game when I gave you my shirt. Obviously we won the game and that was a big achievement but that really topped it off for me and made it a special night for me.

‘Thank you for all your support, it really means a lot. Hopefully see you Sunday.’
Safe to say Belle was just as overwhelmed, with the message leaving her in tears.
She wasn’t the only one either, with viewers emotional over the moment.
‘Why am I getting emotional,’ one said, while another added: ‘Not me crying at 10:11 because Belle got a message from Mason Mount. OMG, I’m a mess.’

‘Belle, you’re not the only one crying now sweetie,’ one more viewer added.
After winning in the semi-finals against Denmark, England are now set to face Italy in the final of the European Championships – the first final in a major tournament that they’ve reached since 1966.
