Love Island 2021: Toby Aromolaran drops bombshell on Kaz Kamwi after Chloe Burrows kiss

Love Island 2021 has heated up very quickly, with tensions rising in the villa between Chloe Burrows, Kaz Kamwi, and Toby Aromolaran.

After Chloe realised she wanted to get to know Toby and snogged him in a challenge, Kaz was left fuming, branding her fellow islander ‘sneaky’.

Plus, things only got all the more complicated when Chloe and Toby shared a kiss on the terrace in last night’s episode seemingly immediately after he had told Kaz he wanted to pursue other connections.

Tonight will see Toby drop an absolute bombshell on Kaz as he tells her about the kiss.

Speaking in the Beach Hut ahead of his chat with Kaz, Toby says: ‘A part of me is definitely nervous to speak to Kaz because the way I progressed with Kaz was very slow. But with Chloe it went zero to 100 miles per hour.’

Speaking with Kaz at the fire pit, Toby asks: ‘I was speaking to her and it’s just good. It’s led to somewhere. I feel like it’s more than friends. We have kissed outside the challenge.’

Kaz responds: ‘You kissed? As in today or yesterday?’

Toby says: ‘I kissed her last night. Yesterday, with everything happening I thought it would be best to tell you today.’

As for how Kaz is set to react, only time will tell – but if last night’s scenes are anything to go by, things might get very awkward very quickly.

Viewers are heartbroken for Kaz, who quickly became a fan favourite upon her arrival in the villa.

After the challenge in last night’s episode, Liberty Poole told Kaz that while she gets on well with Chloe, she was ‘shocked’ by what she did, stating: ‘It was insensitive towards you.’

‘I am so sorry. You could have kissed him on the hand, you could have kissed him on the cheek. She did not need to kiss him on the lips,’ Kaz said. ‘Don’t make me out like I’m a mug.’

Kaz also made her feelings about Chloe clear in the Beach Hut, stating: ‘I don’t like slimy girls. I don’t like sly girls. I don’t like snakey girls. And she’s all three.’

Love Island returns tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
