‘Your Wife Is Your Husband’ – Fans Join Conor McGregor to Troll Dustin Poirier by Chanting “Jolie’s Wife” at UFC 264 Presser
The UFC 264 pre-fight press conference took place at the T-Mobile Arena today. Main eventers Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier came face to face for the event for the first time since their last fight. Therefore, things were expected to get heated up, and they did so quickly.
Both the fighters have been constantly taking shots at each other. So much so that even the families of the fighters got dragged into it at some point. Therefore, during the conference, Poirier was asked whether it was getting too personal for him.
However, before ‘The Diamond’ could give his reply, McGregor jumped in with a few words of his own. He said, “You’re only a little bit*h, your wife is your husband. You’re only a little bit*h of a thing, a silly little hillbilly. JOLIE’S WIFE, JOLIE’S WIFE, JOLIE’S WIFE. You little bit*h of a thing.”

‘Notorious’ is known for his wordplay and always tries to get under his opponent’s skin. McGregor tried that here too as he started a chant calling Poirier ‘JOLIE’S WIFE.’
However, Poirier did not seem affected by it at all and replied to McGregor in a very cool manner. He said, “You used to be a lot better than that man. The trash talk was a lot better than that. Fu*king weak. “

This was not the first time Conor McGregor took shots at Poirier regarding his wife. Just a few days back ‘Notorious’ had taken to Twitter to share a screenshot of Dustin Poirier’s wife sending him a message request. Poirier had however later clarified that he believes the screenshot to be fabricated.

McGregor certainly posted the tweet to play mind games with Poirier and seems willing to win the fight by any means necessary. ‘Notorious’ is one of the best trash talkers in UFC history and his latest stunt at the UFC 264 pre-fight press conference was just another proof of that.
