Atomic Kitten had football fans on their feet and singing along to their wild Euro 2020 remake of Whole Again as they performed at London’s Trafalgar Square before Sunday’s final.
Jenny Frost, 43, Liz McLarnon, 40, Natasha Hamilton, 38, worked the crowd as they took to the stage in the fan zone in central London before England played Italy in the last game of the competition.
England supporters could be seen with their hands in the air and waving St George flags as they performed the song, which includes the lyric: ‘Southgate you’re the one, you still turn me on, football’s coming home again.’
Their 2001 hit has been remixed after the song was used by spectators as a chant about England manager Gareth Southgate, 50, during matches.
The Atomic Kitten girls decided to release the reworked song in celebration of England getting to the semi-finals.
The band rose to fame, along with fellow members Kerry Katona and Natasha Hamilton, after forming in 1998. The group disbanded in 2004, but reunited in 2012.

Whole Again was Atomic Kitten’s fifth single from their debut album and their final one to feature Kerry after she quit the band.
It was a huge success, skyrocketing to number one in the UK.
Kerry has often spoken out about her feud with the other members, previously admitting she’d be ‘really hurt’ if Jenny featured in a reunion without her.
The remix of Whole Again came after the girls were spotted performing at Boxpark in Croydon.

Fans immediately called for an official release of the song and, of course, the girls came through.
