Legally Blonde is turning 20 this week, meaning it has been two decades since we Bend and Snapped our way around the playground.

Reese Witherspoon expertly led the star-studded cast as Elle Woods, alongside Jennifer Coolidge, Luke Wilson, Ali Larter and Selma Blair.

The film follows Elle’s journey from fashion graduate and fun-loving sorority member to Harvard Law School in a bid to win back her ex-boyfriend, Warner Huntington III (Matthew Davis), with Robert Luketic at the helm.

Despite being 20 years old, the movie has been back in the news recently after co-screenwriter Karen McCullah poured ice cold water on claims there was a queer alternate ending between Elle and Vivian Kensington (Selma).

Unfortunately, Legally Blonde is not currently streaming on Netflix, but a string of other Reese Witherspoon classics are, including How Do You Know, Just Like Heaven and American Psycho – which is a little different to LB…

Is Legally Blonde on Amazon Prime? 

Legally Blonde is included on Amazon Prime, meaning that if you’re a member, you can just click play on any device you’re logged into and enjoy.

As well as that, the 2003 sequel, Legally Blonde 2: Red, White and Blonde is also available to watch on the platform, meaning double the Elle Woods.

Is Legally Blonde 3 coming out?

Reese sent us all into a spin when she confirmed that, not only is Legally Blonde 3 on the way but the ball is already rolling on the third film.

Mindy Kaling has got a script for upcoming flick with Elle back in action. Little else is known about LB3 but Mindy promised that many fan favourites will be joining in on the action.

We couldn’t imagine the most fashionable lawyer hitting the big screen once more without her best friend, and favourite manicurist, Paulette [Jennifer Coolidge] by her side.

When asked about what we can expect in the third outing, Jennifer admitted that she’s just as in the dark as the rest of us, telling Metro.co.uk: ‘Reese hasn’t mentioned anything about what the story is, nothing.
