‘Most Savage Son of a B***h’- Daniel Cormier Meets Kris Moutinho After His War Against Sean O’Malley

From start to finish, UFC 264 was full of surprises as it became a bizarre event that no one could have predicted. One fighter who surprised the world was Kris Moutinho. He stepped in at a short notice to fight one of the most precise strikers in the division in Sean O’Malley.

Fans predicted a quick knockout victory for ‘The Sugar Show’ because no one had ever heard about Moutinho before. Sean O’Malley won the fight, but Moutinho stole the show by displaying his toughness. Fight fans all across the world applauded the debutant for his courageous display. One of them was former UFC champion, Daniel Cormier.

‘DC’ appreciated Moutinho for his valiant efforts by congratulating him backstage. Daniel Cormier said, “Most savage son of a bi**h I have ever met man. Congratulations! This guy right here, good job buddy. Congratulations and good job with your money.”

After the fight, both the bantamweights got the Fight of the Night bonus of $75,000 each.

Kris Moutinho impressed Dana White

Kris Moutinho endured 230 significant strikes from O’Malley and never took a back step as he continuously charged forward. He put on an incredible pace on his opponent which had Sean O’Malley backing up. ‘The Sugar Show’ was the smarter fighter with his approach, whereas Moutinho was ruthless and aggressive.

The debutant impressed UFC President Dana White. At the post-fight press conference, White said, “We all know O’Malley hits like a truck. That kid has one-punch knockout power, and he hit this kid with everything he had kicks punches. You name it and he couldn’t stop him.”

When the fight got stopped in the last 30 seconds of the last round, Moutinho was still on his feet. But because of his lack of response, Herb Dean ended things, handing a T/KO win to O’Malley.
