Love Island host Laura Whitmore has been on screen for just 12 minutes, despite commanding a six-figure salary, it has been claimed.
The ITV2 star strutted into the Majorca villa to kick off this year’s proceedings on June 28 kicked off this year, but has not popped back up on the series since.
According to the Sun, she has reportedly been on air for just 11 minutes and 51 seconds since the series started, with 15 episodes already being broadcast.
The presenter, who is married to voiceover star Iain Stirling, was also forced to skip an episode of the Sunday night spin-off show, After Sun, as she had to quarantine upon her return from Majorca – with Arielle Free stepping in.
This has led to fans questioning where exactly Laura is, and why she hasn’t been seen more in the villa – especially during dumpings and shock twists.
Flocking to Twitter, a viewer asked: ‘Where tf is Laura Whitmore #LoveIsland.’

One penned: ‘We haven’t seen Laura Whitmore since the first episode I just realised??? #LoveIsland.’
As a Twitter user joked: ‘Is Laura Whitmore on furlough this series orrr? #LoveIsland.’
It must be noted that the host is not a regular fixture in the villa and doesn’t appear in every single episode – with Laura only making sporadic visits in the winter series.
Caroline Flack, who was in the post before her, only popped up sporadically until the final.
