Megan Thee Stallion serving body-ody as she becomes first female rapper to land Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover

Megan Thee Stallion is living her ‘best hot girl life’ as she became the first female rapper to bag a coveted cover of the 2021 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

The 26-year-old is having yet another hot girl summer as she showcased her figure in a beige cut-out bikini in the stunning cover shoot.

Announcing the historic moment on Instagram, she told fans: ‘REAL SPORTS ILLUSTRATED SWIMSUIT EDITION COVER MODEL SHIT!!! 😛🔥

‘Thee first female rapper on the cover of @si_swimsuit 😭😭’

The WAP hitmaker continued: ‘I want to thank all the strong women in my life who inspired me to love my body and live my best hot girl life.

‘It means the world to me to be on this cover DREAM COME TRUE!! 😛 #SISwim21’.

The three-time Grammy-winning rapper can also be seen posing in a pink petal-inspired bikini top and bright green bottoms in another image featured in the magazine.

Speaking to People about the experience, the rapper gushed: ‘I had been training for months and I was super prepared. I got into the shoot right away.

‘[Photographer] James [Macari] said he usually doesn’t get into the water until the fourth or fifth set-up, but we were both in the ocean from the start. The day was perfect and I had a blast.’

The Savage hitmaker also revealed her pride in a chat with CNN as she added: It definitely was a dream for me to be on Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. And to be the first female rapper?

‘Who else would they pick? I am just happy they chose the Hot Girl Coach!’
