Love Island viewers have been left seething after Tuesday night’s episode finished on yet another cliffhanger, as the fate of six islanders hangs in the balance.
Last night the contestants were left speechless when it was revealed that it’s their job to decide which two islanders should leave the villa after the bottom six islanders were announced.
Lucinda Strafford, Chloe Burrows, AJ Bunker, Teddy Soares, Danny Bibby and Toby Aromolaran received the least votes from the public, and it was then left up to the islanders to make the decision as to whose time was up.
But as everyone in the villa awaited the result, the programme suddenly came to an abrupt end.
While it looks like the dumping has already taken place, viewers will not find out who is eliminated until Wednesday night’s episode.
Viewers weren’t happy with the ending of the episode, as cliffhangers have been littered throughout this series of the dating show.

They took to Twitter to vent their frustrations.
‘This show is too predictable at this point we all knew it was gonna be yet ANOTHER CLIFFHANGER,’ one person wrote.
Someone needs to tell the Love Island producers that a cliffhanger is meant to be shocking, if you do it every time there’s a dumping it’s predictable and loses its shock value,’ another fan tweeted.
Another viewer added: This cliffhanger is pointless. @ITV, it’s enough!
Some fans even compared the current English series to this years American season.
‘The fact that #LoveIslandUSA gives occasional 2 hour episodes plus content but every episode on #loveIsland UK ends on a cliffhanger is annoying,’ one person said.
Following the shocking turn of the events, the next episode teased the arrivals of three new bombshells who are ready to shake things up.
Abigail Rawlings, a 27-year-old tattoo artist is one of the newbies, and she’s got her eye on Toby.

‘I’m going to steal him from Chloe at the first chance I have,’ she said. ‘If that doesn’t work out, I like Teddy as well and Aaron [Francis].
Georgia Townend, a 28-year-old marketing executive from Essex, is also heading into the villa. She’s said she fancies Hugo Hammond.

Tyler Cruickshank, an estate agent from Croydon, is the last of three bombshells.
The 26-year-old is keen on Kaz Kamwi and said: ‘She just looks like she has so much energy about her. You kind of need it if you’re surrounded by people all the time.’
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
