Henry Cejudo Drops Massive News Regarding Mike Tyson’s Return to the Ring

A few days back, Mike Tyson dropped a fiery training video on his official social handles. This video attracted the attention of boxing fans and everyone lauded ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ for his overall fitness and stupendous boxing workouts. Moreover, it seemed as if Tyson was preparing for another boxing return.

Talking about the same, the former UFC kingpin, Henry Cejudo, spilled the beans on ‘Iron’ Mike’s return. Speaking to FightHype, he said, “He’s ready man. He wants a piece of Lennox Lewis and that fight might happen by the end of this year. And that’s it, man, Mike is back, ‘Iron’ Mike is back”

The feud between Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis was one of the best rivalries of the old boxing era. Both the hard-hitting heavyweights locked horns with each other in 2002. Fans still regard their fight as one of the best clashes of all time.

In the buildup to this fight, Tyson and Lewis even entered a fierce brawl, thus garnering more attention towards their actual fight. ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ was considered a favorite, but the British boxer turned the tide in his favor by smothering Tyson.

This was Lewis’s biggest career win. Following his victory, ‘The Lion’ cemented his reign as the ultimate king of the big men’s division. Also, with that, the feud between Tyson and Lewis normalized, and over the years, the two became the best of friends.

However, an exhibition bout between these two will be one for the ages and fans would be keen to see it taking place.

Mike Tyson vs Lennox Lewis – The biggest exhibition bout of all time?

Tyson made a ring appearance in 2020 to confront fellow veteran, Roy Jones Jr. Both of them fought well, but the bout eventually ended with a draw.

As a result, the hardcore boxing lovers wished to see more of Mike Tyson’s actions. And in order to allure them, ‘Iron’ Mike might lace up the boxing gloves soon. He even claimed that he would accept such bouts in the future.

It’ll be interesting to see if this fight comes to life soon. Given the hype and attention it carries, it’s safe to admit that a potential Tyson vs Lewis exhibition will be the biggest of all time. What do you make of Henry Cejudo’s comments?
