VIDEO: Eye-Catching Drone Display Stuns Fans at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 Opening Ceremony

The Tokyo Olympics 2020 opening ceremony took place at the Olympic stadium in Tokyo. The event was overshadowed by restrictions related to coronavirus and had to be conducted in an empty stadium. However, there have been some spectacular moments for ardent sports lovers as well, that took everybody’s attention.

An extravaganza drone display of the opening ceremony lit up the sky of Tokyo. That left the local spectators speechless and they were in awe. Pictures and videos of the drone display have surfaced on the internet. Not surprisingly, fans are loving every bit of it.

The drone display absolutely lit up the sky and the stadium. It was a picture-Esque sight for everyone. Needless to mention, nothing less was expected from the event as well.

Events like Football, have already commenced at the Olympic games. However, today was the official opening ceremony of the event. The world’s largest sports meet is now officially ongoing. Fans will keep a close eye on the events as the world emerges in the sporting battles.

Naomi Osaka lit up the Tokyo Olympic 2020 cauldron

Japanese Tennis sensation and WTA no. 2 Naomi Osaka got the elusive honor of lighting up the Olympic cauldron. Osaka is one of Japan’s brightest stars in the event. The winner of four grand slams was greeted by fans and fellow Tennis stars from all over the world. Osaka also became the first-ever Tennis player to get the honor.

Osaka has had a troubled past few months. She had withdrawn from the French Open after the first round of the tournament. Also, the Japanese star didn’t even participate at the Wimbledon this year. However, she is expected to put on a show at the Olympics and will be in action on Sunday.

The superpowers will battle to show their supremacy in various sports. who tops the list eventually, remains to be seen. But if the opening ceremony was any indication of what is in store for the fans in days to come, spectacular things will happen in the near future.
