Despite Green Bay Trade Rumors, Aaron Rodgers Completes Regular Offseason Training Program

The Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers are stuck at an impasse. Their star quarterback who has been a loyal servant for over a decade and a half reportedly wants out of the franchise.

While Rodgers is yet to declare as to why he wishes to leave the franchise, the writing is pretty much on the wall. The quarterback is fed up with the treatment meted out to him by the Packers front office.

Not paying heed to his opinions and going as far as to drafting his replacement Jordan Love in 2020 without informing him, there are reasons as to why Aaron Rodgers wishes to move on to greener pastures.

Not turning up for OTAs or minicamp, the quarterback is now holding out. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s not taking measures to ensure he’s ready for the upcoming season.

Aaron Rodgers treating this offseason like every other

While Aaron Rodgers did skip training with the Green Bay Packers to vacation with fiancée Shailene in Hawaii, he’s ensured he’s staying in shape for the 2021 NFL season.

As per reports, Rodgers hasn’t changed up his preseason routine. Sticking to his offseason training routine which he’s been following for over a decade, the QB is letting potential suitors know that he’s ready to get going whenever needed.

According to a representative at Proactive Sports Performance, a company that focuses on getting athletes in the right shape, the 2020 NFL MVP went through his usual offseason training. The company even documented the quarterback training hard at their facility via an Instagram post.

This includes regular fieldwork, weight room training, yoga and work in the sand dunes. The company spokesperson also added that the routine usually lasts around six to seven weeks and concluded last Saturday.
