Love Island 2021 turns up the heat as more bombshells head to Casa Amor – is there trouble ahead for Hugo and Chloe?

Love Island 2021 is going to shake things up even more as more sexy singletons arrive just in time for Casa Amor, and this lot aren’t the shy and retiring kind.

From a racing driver to a perfomer who has had a part in Channel 4 drama Humans, these six islanders join the already announced bombshells for a summer of lurve.

There could be a clash with Hugo Hammond on horizon as one gentleman has his sights firmly set on Chloe Burrows, who Hugo decided to couple up with in a dramatic twist at the last chaotic recoupling.

Fans of Love Island will know that Casa Amor has the ability to make or break couples – how will this year’s islanders stand this test of temptation?

Meet Amy, Clarisse, Lillie, Dale, Jack and Sam…

Amy Day

Amy, 22, from Surrey said she won’t deliberately set out to step on toes if she sees a boy she likes, but will do ‘if needs be’.

A performer and actor, Amy hopes to bring the fun to the villa.

She says: ‘I’m always being stupid. Like Faye playing the egg game – I’d get people up. I’d say let’s play this game, I’d be in the pool.

‘I don’t take anything seriously. I don’t get knocked back easily, I’m always like this is what was meant to happen.

‘I’m positive and also a really good friend.’

Clarisse Juliette

Clarisse ‘loves a bit of maths’ (Picture: ITV)

Influencer Clarisse signed up to Love Island as she’s ‘bored of hugging my pillow’ and thinks it’s time for romance.

The 23-year-old has her eye on Teddy as he’s definitely her type on paper.

She confesses: ‘He’s tall confident and smooth. I don’t like horrible, cocky guys. If they are honest, that’s what I’d prefer.’

Describing herself as ‘goofy, intelligent and outgoing’, she’s a bit of a brainbox.

‘I worked in a financial advisor’s company for three years,’ Clarisse says, ‘I do love a bit of maths.’

Hinting at her more frivolous side the brand owner added: ‘I have a tattoo under my bun. I wanted it to say “Love Life” in Spanish. But it actually says “God’s gift”…two totally different things.’

Lillie Haynes

Lillie joined the show to change things up in her dating life, usually sticking to meeting and dating one guy at a time but ending up being disappointed.

In Casa Amor she hopes the different guys she will get to meet will open her options up. Variation is the name of the game.

On what she will bring to the villa, the trainee accountant, 22, reveals: ‘I’m a harsh person – I just say things how they are.

‘If a girl’s crying over a boy I’m not going to sit in pity. I’ll give her the right advice, but I’ll say, “Toughen up, you’re here for a reason, stop wasting your time.”‘

She has her sights set on Jake already: ‘He’s 100% the type of boy I would go for at home. It’s too good of a match not to just go for.’

However he’s not the only one, as ‘absolutely gorgeous’ Liam is also on her radar.

Dale Mehmet

The 24-year-old is not one to let what he wants slip out of his reach, even if it causes friction.

‘It is what it is, isn’t it?’ Dale says. ‘I’m not a bad guy who is going to steal somebody’s girl. But if I want something then I’m going to pursue it.

‘I would go about it all in the right way. Everybody would be well aware of what I was doing.’

The barber, also describes himself as a ‘massive geek’, with a love of sci-fi movies, gaming and anime.

‘I have a full anime sleeve, that’s how much I like it, I’ve got it tattooed on my body. I really like Japanese culture,’ Dale reveals.

Jack Barlow

Jack has a fascinating day job (Picture: ITV)

Jack, a racing driver, is ready to meet the one having been single for about two years, although marriage isn’t on the cards for him yet.

When viewers see him arrive on the island expect him to get grafting with Chloe.

‘I’m very much a connection type of person so I’ll be able to tell more in person,’ the 26-year-old says.

From what I’ve seen and going off their energy, Chloe has been top of my list. It’s been nice to see her be herself and not care what anyone thinks. I think she’ll be a lot of fun.’

Expect to see his ‘competitive nature’ come out when it comes to getting the girl.

Sam Jackson

Sam is ready to settle down (Picture: ITV)

Sam Jackson – no relation – says he is ‘definitely’ ready for something serious after having fun and playing the field.

The 23-year-old is open to getting to know all of the girls in the villa and is happy to step on some toes in the process.

‘If that’s what I’ve got to do, I’ve got to do it,’ Sam, a maintence engineer, declares.

Romance isn’t the only thing on his mind, and he’s hoping for a bit of a jolly with boys in the sunshine while he’s at it. Could we see the beginnings of a Chris and Kem style bromance?

‘I’m going to bring a lot of excitement and energy,’ he adds.

‘My personality will show that – I’ve got the chat.’

Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
