Injured Conor McGregor back grinding in the gym after hanging out with Justin Bieber

Conor McGregor was back on the grind in the gym, leg cast and all, after spending a chilled out day in the sun with none other than his new mate Justin Bieber.

The celebs shucked off their shirts and hung out on sun loungers together at the weekend enjoying a nice bottle of Conor’s Proper No. Twelve whiskey with some snacks.

In a series of photos shared on the fighter’s Instagram page the pair shared a laugh sitting outside a pink striped tent, whiling away the afternoon in Beverley Hills.

Conor, who has been living it up in Los Angeles since his injury, went fully embraced the hot weather, laying back in a pair of neon green shorts and red loafers. The Yummy singer also went shirtless but wore a baggy pair of grey trousers and trainers. He must have been roasting.

In the picture caption the sports star, 33, said: ‘JB and Big Foot, we rule Beverly Hills!

‘God bless my brother! Backed by the highest power! Huge congrats on your @balenciaga campaign and your @drewhouse! Can’t wait to get to the show tomorrow! Legends Unite!’

The party was over the following day though as Conor got back to working on his fitness, not letting his bandaged leg stand in his way.

It was a serious gym session as he lifted weights and did sit ups, all wearing the same bright green shorts and shoes from his hang out with Justin.

Showing off his hard work on social media, Conor raised his arms, treating his followers to a serious gun show.

‘Life is not about what happens to us. But how we handle what happens to us!’ he said.

‘Let’s go team, God Bless. Still grinding!’

Conor fractured his tibia as his fight against Dustin Poirer came to an end in Vegas earlier this month. The fighter underwent surgery, getting a rod inserted in his tibia and his fibula fixed with plates and screws.

He had to get about using crutches as he recovers, but it hasn’t stopped him from living life to the full in the mean time.
