Lily Allen is clearly of the opinion that the early bird gets the worm, as she shared a morning of mirror selfies.
Hey, whatever gets you going of a day, we say.
The star was seemingly off to the gym, or at least rocking the athleisure wear for early-morning errands, as she posed in an elevator mirror just after 8am on Tuesday.
Wearing a fetching leopard-print sweater, black tights and trainers, the singer, who’s married to Stranger Things actor David Harbour, playfully poked her tongue out as she uploaded the shot to Instagram.
Returning for round an hour later, she had worked up a sweat as she lost the jumper and instead showed off her abs in a blue crop top.
Her defiant mirror selfies follow unwarrantd criticism from fans, who felt it necessary to share their two cents about the star and her appearance.

The Smile singer had no time for body shamers, as she recently took to the comments section to reply to followers.
While Lily has since turned off the comments to the photos in question, in screenshots captured by Buzzfeed she was having none of the judgement.
She had shared a video of herself behind the scenes on The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan on Friday, when a fan wrote: ‘Worried about you Lily. I feel like we’ve grown up together and I’ve never see you this thin.
‘Your fans care about you, your health and we love you very much. Please take care dear.’
In response, Lily said: ‘You’ve never seen me two years completely sober, not smoking and exercising every day.’
Replying to another fan, in a now-deleted comment Lily wrote: ‘Seriously, where do you get off? You know NOTHING about me or my lifestyle. How dare you.’
Many fans jumped to Lily’s defence, pointing out it’s never okay to pass comment on someone’s weight.
Last year Lily celebrated one year of sobriety, noting on Instagram she was ‘so grateful for my health and happiness’.
She added at the jubilant 18-month mark in January: ‘18 months clean and sober today. Would recommend!’
In the past the hitmaker – who is gearing up for her West End debut in 2:22 – A Ghost Story – has also opened up about her battle with self-confidence.
In a 2018 Cosmopolitan profile, the star said: ‘I was gearing up to do promo for the second album. That’s when I started not eating, when I started thinking about having to do photo shoots and red carpets.
‘When I was feeling really bad, everything that I ate would come back up. If I wasn’t, it would be just lunch or dinner. Part of me getting ready for a show would be to vomit for 20 minutes.
‘Then I’d clean up my face and start doing my hair and make-up. I just felt really fat and grotesque.’
She went on to insist that she was now in a great place.

Lily said: ‘Look, happiness for me is your first E at Glastonbury – that’s the happy place. I don’t think I’ve ever had that base level of happiness. What I see as being happy is that fake level of happiness because that’s what I’ve had from the spike in endorphins or whatever.
‘But I’m in a happy relationship, my kids are thriving and I’m creating great music. I couldn’t really ask for much more. So, yeah, I’m in a good place.’
