Who are the judges on Walk the Line?

Simon would not pass up the chance at further incisive quips.

Known for his no-nonsense witty attitude, he is set to head the judging panel.

No other judges have been announced to join him, as of yet.

“I am thrilled to be working with Lifted Entertainment and ITV on this new project”, he said in a statement posted on the ITV website.

Simon added: “I’m very excited at giving musical talent the opportunity to transform their lives like never before.”

What will the prize be for winning Walk the Line?

An ITV source told The Sun the winner can expect to gain a six-figure cash prize, although a precise amount needs to be confirmed.

“We wanted to develop a show which will give the contestants a life-changing cash prize if they win”, Simon added in his statement.

Talent will therefore not be enough, as contestants will obviously need nerves of steel to Walk the Line.
