Ex-Special Constable who raped & abused kids jailed for 19 years

AN ex-Special Constable who systematically raped or abused children and adults for three decades was jailed for 19 years.

Predator Philip Gregory was found guilty of 14 sex offences against a woman, three girls and a boy.

They included sex with a girl under 13.

The 67-year-old of Abergynolwyn, Gwynedd, worked at a holiday site, owned a B&B and was a special with North Wales police in the 1990s.

He denied the charges but was convicted by a jury at Mold crown court.

Passing sentence, Judge Timothy Petts told him: “You are a dangerous and predatory offender.”

A woman said the abuse had “profound and everlasting” effects on her.

She told him:”I have felt so much hatred towards you.”
