Love Island star Lillie Haynes’ family have shared a message on her Instagram after she was dumped from the villa during the brutal post-Casa Amor recoupling, urging fans to ‘be kind’ and not spread ‘hate’.

During last night’s episode of the ITV reality show, the drama reached its peak when Liam Reardon returned from Casa Amor single, much to the delight of Millie Court, who had been worried that he might have been unfaithful to her.

While Millie was ecstatic to be back with Liam, shortly after their reunion, the dumped girls from Casa Amor entered the villa to bid everyone farewell, including Lillie.

Unbeknownst to Millie, while Liam was in Casa Amor, he had been getting to know Lillie on a deeper level, kissing her passionately outside of a challenge whilst admitting he was torn between her and Millie.

Before leaving Love Island for good, Lillie laid the truth bare, leaving Millie shocked and in floods of tears over Liam’s behaviour.

After her exit from Love Island, the people running Lillie’s Instagram account in her absence shared a lengthy message in a post saying that it was ‘great to see Lillie going into the villa and dropping the truth bomb’.

They wrote that Lillie had hoped she would ‘find a connection’ with someone special, adding that they have ‘full respect’ for Jake Cornish and Teddy Soares for staying loyal to Liberty Poole and Faye Winter by sleeping outside the whole time they were in Casa Amor.

‘The other lads wanted to get to know the new girls, share their beds and kiss them etc,’ they said.

‘Only one person has behaved badly towards Millie and it most definitely was NOT Lillie. The truth will always come out … and probably sooner than you think.’

Lillie’s family pleaded with Love Island fans to ‘think hard before typing and who you direct any hate towards’.

‘Better still, Don’t hate #bekind and remember these are just a group of gorgeous young people enjoying the holiday experience of a lifetime for an entertainment TV show,’ they wrote.

After the bombshell revelations came out during the recoupling ceremony, Millie and Liam’s future is now up in the air.

Sunday night’s episode will see things become heated between Kaz Kamwi and Tyler Cruickshank, after it emerged that Kaz decided to move on from Tyler after seeing a picture of him kissing Clarisse Juliette in bed in Casa Amor.

Love Island returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and is available to watch on ITV Hub.
