Millie Court has been at the centre of a dramatic few days inside the Love Island 2021 villa, but one thing is for certain – her dad will have her back no matter what.
Her dad Rob Court has said she ‘wanted to dive into TV to cuddle her’ after she was left in tears after a dramatic development involving Liam Reardon.
Sunday’s episode saw Millie call time on her relationship with Liam, after being left heartbroken after coming face to face with Casa Amor contestant Lillie Haynes, who went on to reveal the intimate details of her time with Liam.
Lillie sat down with Millie earlier in the day and didn’t shy away from delivering the details of what happened between her and Liam in Casa Amor.
Showing support for his daughter after Millie was mixed up in the drama, Rob posted an adorable selfie with her and shared a heartfelt message.
He wrote: ‘I wanted to dive into the TV tonight and just cuddle My Girl real tight. #itwillbeokdarling.’
He added: ‘Mils will shed her tears and it is difficult for me to helplessly watch. But I know deep down nothing will diminish her beautiful smile long term, she is too much of a “Happy Soul.”
‘Millie has a large loving family and a fab group of friends behind her for support. We are all so proud of her. XX’
Sending out a positive message, Rob added: ‘I would also like to say…please be kind to all participants of the show with your comments online, they have feelings, families and friends too. #bekindplease.’
He added: ‘THANK YOU ALL for the support you have shown towards my Daughter Millie since her entrance to the villa. She will be so thrilled to read it all when she comes out. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.’
It comes after Millie then went for a chat with Liam on the terrace during the most recent episode, where she decided it was time to end things.

After listening to his excuses, she declared: ‘I personally don’t think I can go forward with this.
‘You’ve hurt me and I don’t trust you. I think you need to respect that decision.’
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
