Love Island star Millie Court may have had a rocky time of it in the villa but it looks like after the show has ended, she could be sorted for a very long time.
Viewers were fuming on Millie’s behalf when Liam Reardon, who she was coupled up with, kissed Casa Amor bombshell Lillie Haynes behind her back while she stayed loyal.
But with their rage also came a whole lot of support, as Millie has been gaining about 50,000 followers on Instagram every day since the drama and, according to the experts, could soon be raking in a seven figure salary.
Not too shabby.
Millie has gained more than 310,000 Instagram followers over the past week and is now the most-followed islander in the villa, having overtaken Liberty Poole.
She now boasts a following of more than 640,000, while Liberty trails behind on 570,000.
Millie has the potential to earn up to £14,640.89 for a sponsored Instagram post when she leaves the villa, according to data from 10 Yetis digital agency,
She’ll also likely in the footsteps of Love Island legends like Molly-Mae Hague, who has seen huge success since the show ended.
Stella Reilly, PR Expert and Account Manager at W, added: ‘If I had to estimate, I would say that Millie could be earning seven figures before long through partnerships and social media posts.

‘I think she will definitely be one of the big, if not the biggest, earner from this season. However, as more ex-Love Islanders pack out social media each year, it’s getting harder for contestants to make a longstanding career through brand partnerships alone.
‘People like Amber [Gill], Molly-Mae, Chris Hughes and the likes will still stay very much at the top as they progress their careers to include TV programmes and new product launches.
‘She could come out of this as a Molly-Mae, creating her own brand lines and working towards being deemed talent in her own right. Similarly to Amber and Kem [Cetinay], she might also be open to exploring her options in working with mental health charities or generally raising awareness of toxic behaviour and drawing attention to what life is like outside the villa.’
Meanwhile, how Liam behaved may have actually helped Millie’s career in the long-run.

‘The drama with Liam has no doubt put Millie on this year’s Love Island map as one to remember with Millie now having the highest social following of all Love Island contestants,’ Stella asserted.
‘With social media following acting as a form of currency, Millie is in a good position to utilise this to her benefit; brokering deals with some of the bigger fashion brands.’
‘Millie will be presented with her pick of the traditional Love Island partnerships – Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing etc,’ she added.

‘Rocky relationships are always to be expected in the villa, especially after Casa Amor so Liam’s behaviour isn’t anything new to veteran watchers. Millie’s handled herself remarkably throughout the situation and the nation support her as a result.
‘People have had the opportunity to see more of Millie’s personality and her relatable rollercoaster emotions. She has gone from a new girl to the girl in the villa, and in a packed out post-Casa Amor villa, it’s hard to ensure air time – as awful as this has been for Millie, it’s brought her to the forefront of each episode and rallied support that she otherwise might not have had.’
Despite Millie initially standing her ground with Liam, it looks like she’s about to forgive him, with the islander set to share a bed with him again just days after ending their romance.
More: Love Island
While she appeared to finish things once and for all, Liam has been grafting to try and win her back and, at the last recoupling, Millie decided to recouple with him.
She made it clear that she hasn’t forgotten about his behaviour, but is open to the idea of rekindling their romance.
Love Island returns tonight at 9pm on ITV.
