Former WWE superstar Braun Strowman is focused on his body transformation and his hard work is paying off.

The one-time Universal Champion, who was shockingly released from the company at the beginning of June, has used his time away from the ring to refocus and he’s given fans an insight into his efforts to tone himself up.

He shared a shirtless picture revealing his ripped figure this week, and admitted while he’s lost some weight, he’s now working on rebuilding it in the right away.

The Monster Among Men, whose real name is Adam Scherr, wrote on Instagram: ‘After five days of less than 50g of carbs a day I was 343 today. Still holding some water but I’m ok with that. I have a big refeed coming to blow back up.

‘Really enjoying this new program @mental_entity has been helping me with. I have a whole new fire lit under me to better myself not only my physical appearance but my mentality.

‘To be a better healthier more loving person and stop being negative and hateful to things for no reason.’

And while Strowman admitted he’s had a tough time lately while suggesting he drove people away – but he’s ready to ‘rebuild’ as he told his followers that ‘life will get better’.

He continued: ‘I’ve gone through some really ruff times as of late and ran off a lot of people I really cared about in life and it kills me knowing I hurt other people in me being so negative.

‘All I can do now is sift through the ashes of everything I burned down and hope for forgiveness and start to rebuild myself for the better to show to everyone that I can and I WILL CHANGE!!!

There have been reports suggesting WWE could be interested in bringing Strowman back into the fold.

However, there’s also the possibility of a jump to AEW, particularly after scout and analyst Mark Henry admitted he’d love to have him on the roster.

‘[He’s] super high on my list. It’s not an all Mark Henry decision, but there’s already interest on both sides,’ he told TMZ Sports.

‘Hopefully by the time he’s allowed to wrestle in August, I think the middle of August, then we could have a serious conversation about contractual things of that nature but right now there’s interest on both sides. I love that dude.’
