Mike Tyson Refrains From Condemning Conor McGregor’s Controversial Tweet About Khabib’s Father: “In This Business, Everything Goes”

In the combat sports world, there are always a bunch of rivalries that hook in fans across various sporting boundaries. In the UFC, too, there are huge feuds between fighters. However, the rift between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor holds different significance altogether, and it is by far the biggest rivalry in the sport.

The duo met each other inside the octagon in 2018, wherein ‘The Eagle’ demolished the Irishman in every way. Despite that, the latter never misses a chance to mock his Russian rival verbally or through his social handles. That said, a few days back, ‘The Notorious’ issued a scathing tweet on Nurmagomedov’s late father, which he deleted later.

Nurmagomedov was recently a part of Mike Tyson‘s Hotboxin podcast alongside Henry Cejudo. Here, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ shared an honest take on McGregor’s comments about Nurmagomedov and his father.

He said, “Hey listen, I just know, in this business, everything goes. Everything goes, promoting a fight everything goes.”

McGregor is one of the best trash talkers in the UFC, but his comments on ‘The Eagle’s father accrued extensive backlash from fans and fighters around the globe. Many felt the Irishman crossed his line and his tweet didn’t really go well. As a result, the ex-double champ took his tweets down.

That said, the fans will only get to see the war of words between the two virtually, as there are absolutely zero possibilities of a fight happening between these two.

Yet, it’ll be interesting to see who among the two begins the war of words again, as a sanctioned fight is definitely off the cards.
