Carol Vorderman wows in red bikini top as she shares snap from Welsh staycation: ‘It’s hot down here’

Carol Vorderman has shared the latest in a slew of snaps from her Welsh staycation as she posed in a red bikini top while gazing off into the distance during her break.
The former Countdown star, 60, looked sensational in the swimwear which featured a green and blue trim across the top, in a picture posted on Instagram on Monday.
Her newly highlighted hair could be seen resting on her shoulders and over her chest as sat on her sofa.
She could be seen wearing a tiny pair of brown shorts as she enjoyed her downtime.
Captioning the post, Carol wrote: ‘It’s hot down here #neverrainsinwales…..getting good at chillin’. Happy Monday.’
The television presenter has been in Wales for a number of weeks this summer and has kept her social media followers up to date with her antics.
The media personality has shared pictures of herself paddleboarding in the sea as she let her followers know how much she’s been enjoying herself.
Meanwhile, it seems Carol may not return to work from her holiday, with the broadcaster recently saying she doesn’t ‘see the point’ of doing TV anymore.
She told the Daily Mirror: ‘I’m not that bothered about being on the telly any more. I worked my butt off last year and I don’t want to do it any more.

‘I was really busy, I was making a couple of new TV shows and books, plus filming new stuff for The Maths Factor.
‘I found lockdown difficult – like everybody. By last Christmas I was bloated and not well. Tired beyond tired, and I was finding filming not pleasant.’
Carol appeared on Countdown from 1982 to 2008, and she has appeared on the likes of Britain’s Brainiest Kid, Strictly Come Dancing, Loose Women and I’m A Celebrity over the past 30 years.

She told her agent earlier this year that she wanted to concentrate on other things in the future.
She added: ‘In January I said to my agent, “I’m just not doing that any more. I don’t see the point. I’m going to concentrate on my health”, so that’s what I’ve been doing.’
