Love Island 2021: Faye Winter finally apologises to Teddy Soares and hopes she can repair relationship

Love Island’s Faye Winter has a change of heart and admits she ‘has been horrible’ to Teddy Soares in scenes due to air tonight.

Last week, the pair had an explosive argument after the contestants were played a clip of Teddy telling Clarisse Juliette he is attracted to her, with Faye ultimately calling time on their relationship.

Spoilers ahead of this evening’s episode have revealed that the lettings manager comes to realise she needs to apologise to her ex for flying off the handle.

‘There would be no point in me staying here if it wasn’t for Teddy,’ she tells the girls. ‘Although I lost my head and I went about it completely the wrong way, I wouldn’t have been myself if I didn’t do that.

‘I’ve obviously thought about it hard for the last couple of days and I do want to be sorry and I do want to make it work with him.’

She adds: ‘I’ve now got to grovel myself, which is fine because I know what I want. Being a girlfriend now doesn’t sound so scary.’

Faye reiterates just how sorry she is privately in the Beach Hut.

‘At the end of the day, I am sorry,’ she tells the camera. ‘I never think about “future Faye”. Actually, I sabotage her every day just by being a kn*b.’

‘I need to apologise for the way I spoke to him the night that I lost my head,’ she adds.

‘It’s kind of make or break isn’t it, for me and Teddy now. I need to have a normal, adult should I say, quiet, shall I also say, conversation with him.’

In the evening, Faye sits down with Millie Court and reveals her nerves about saying sorry.

‘I know that I done wrong,’ she says. ‘Ultimately I know that I can’t react to situations like that and that’s not nice for anyone to see.’

Meanwhile, Teddy tells Toby Aromolaran that he needs to hear Faye say sorry, otherwise it really is game over between them.

‘It will be interesting to see if she does pull me tonight; it could be make or break,’ he confesses.

‘If she doesn’t apologise… I cannot move past it.’
