The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore has filed for divorce from her husband Marc Daly after nearly four years of marriage.
The Bravo star, 50, reportedly stated the marriage is ‘irretrievably broken’ in papers she is reported to have filmed in May.
According to People, the reality star and the Brooklyn-born restaurateur, 50, separated in September 2019 before rekindling their romance in January 2020.
However, they decided to call it quits again in January 2021.
Moore allegedly wants sole physical and legal custody of their ‘miracle’ two-year-old daughter Brooklyn Doris, while Marc only wants joint legal custody of Brooklyn, according to Radar Online.
The publication claims Daly has asked that the court award him ‘separate real and personal property’ while the restauranteur has also allegedly requested that Moore pay for his legal fees once the case concludes.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, have had a rocky marriage, with the pair being open about previous splits with fans in the past.
In 2018, the Miss USA 1993 gave birth to the couple’s first and only child, daughter Brooklyn Doris Daly.

Moore originally joined RHOA in 2012 and has since become one of the most recognizable names from the franchise.
The reality star will next appear in Peacock spin-off The Real Housewives All-Stars alongside Teresa Giudice, Ramona Singer, Cynthia Bailey, Luann de Lesseps, Kyle Richards, and Melissa Gorga.
