Jake Paul Drastically Changes Prediction for His Next Fight With Tyron Woodley

On August 29th, Jake Paul will make his second ring appearance of 2021 against the ex-UFC welterweight stalwart, Tyron Woodley. The pair will enter a massive showdown against each other in an 8-round boxing bout. This fight, ever since its announcement, has accrued vast attention from both casual and ardent followers of the sport. That said, the fans are keeping their fingers crossed in order to see a show worth the wait.

Recently, Jake Paul, who’s evidently excited about this clash, shared an updated prediction. Earlier, he claimed that he would knock out Woodley inside three rounds of the fight.

But, in an exclusive interaction with MMA Junkie, he said, “Like seriously legitimately, I back up everything I’ve said so far in every single interview with every single fight. So, I’ve sort of taken it down from 3 rounds to maximum 2.”

In his last fight, the YouTuber turned boxer went all guns blazing against Ben Askren, who was another veteran from the MMA vertical. He looked in his top form right from the first second in this collision and it took him no time to land his staggering hits on ‘Funky’.

As a result, the retired MMA star, who couldn’t withstand Jake Paul‘s power, got floored inside the first round itself. This fight filled the Ohio native with sheer confidence, and the same was visible in his comments above.

Many boxing pundits consider Tyron Woodley as one of the toughest tests for Paul, but the latter is keen on vanquishing his naysayers once again.

Can Jake Paul pragmatically finish Tyron Woodley inside 2 rounds?

While Woodley has never put himself inside the ring for a professional boxing bout, Jake Paul has dedicated an exuberant amount of time in the same. Hence, he will enter the ring as the more experienced boxer. Considering the same, ‘The Problem Child’ will have an added advantage for obvious reasons.

The YouTuber definitely holds some thrilling knockout power and the fans might get to see a snippet of the same on August 29, too. It’ll be interesting to see if Paul really backs his prediction. What do you think?
