James Corden was spotted in London today as fans swarmed him asking for selfies and he happily obliged.

The Gavin and Stacey star was seen outside of a barbershop as he patiently waited for his son Max, 10, to finish getting his trim.

James was wearing a black zip-up hoodie, blue trousers, a pair of white Yeezy sneakers and some black sunglasses.

James’ father Malcolm was also with him and made it into some of the snaps, but it doesn’t look like fans were asking him to be in the selfie too.

Among those who stopped him were a group of people sitting outside a bar or restaurant.

The comedian also got circled by a group of ladies in brightly coloured athletic wear and sweatbands, who seemed to have stopped their workout to chat with James.

Always the gentleman, the chat show host seemed happy to spend some time with his fans.

James, who for most of the year films his Late Late show from Los Angeles, has been in London recently to film his new Amazon series Mammals.

The actor was recently forced to self-isolate after a member of the crew tested positive for Covid.

Production for the six-part comedy came to a halt last month, only weeks after filming had started in London and Cornwall.

According to reports, James and some of his co-stars had to go into isolation for a week, but production has since resumed.

The presenter, 42, will continue hosting his chat show until next year, with CBS bosses currently trying to convince him to stay on a further two years with a deal worth £7million.

However, James revealed that he and his family – wife Julia, and daughters Carey, six, and Charlotte, three, in addition to Max – miss living in the UK, so a return home might be in the cards for the Cordens.

James will next be seen in Amazon Prime’s Cinderella musical starring Camila Cabello where he will play as one of three mice-turned-footmen, alongside Romesh Ranganathan and James Acaster.
