Ant McPartlin not only got to marry his girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett last week, but he also got everyone present to watch him wreck the mic with his best mate.

In a major case of FOMO, we have learned that Ant and Dec busted out the iconic dance routine for PJ & Duncan’s Let’s Get Ready to Rhumble on the wedding dancefloor.

David Walliams, who attended the wedding with close friend and ex-girlfriend Keeley Hazell, appears on tonight’s edition of The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, and spilled the details on one of the day’s most entertaining moments.

Revealing that, thankfully, footage of the routine exists, the Britain’s Got Talent judge said: ‘Ant and Dec also did Let’s Get Ready To Rhumble on the dance floor.

‘I filmed it and said to Dec, “Can I put this on social media?” He said no and I was really sad.

“It’s one of the funniest things you have ever seen.’

David added that the wedding was ‘wonderful and very romantic’, and showed Mo a picture from Ant’s big day.

For those of you who were only introduced to Ant and Dec via I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, the pair were briefly popstars back in the 1990s, performing under the name PJ & Duncan, the names of their Byker Grove characters.

In 1994 they released the rap song Let’s Get Ready To Rhumble, which sampled wrestling announcer Michael Buffer’s famous catchphrase and was accompanied by an extremely 1990s dance routine.

While the song was a hit, entering the UK top 10, it wasn’t until 2013 that the track reached number one after Ant and Dec performed it on Saturday Night Takeaway – complete with the dance moves – with the cast of The Big Reunion.

The song reached the top spot in the UK charts, with the royalties donated to charity.

This is top of the list of the outtakes we want to see from Ant and Anne-Marie’s star-studded wedding, which saw Phillip Schofield, Alesha Dixon, Cat Deeley, Patrick Kielty, Dermot O’Leary, Christine and Frank Lampard and David and Keeley celebrating with the famous groom.

Christine showed up to work on Lorraine on the Monday with rather a hoarse voice, and explained: ‘Ant and Anne-Marie, they tied the knot on Saturday. It was a beautiful ceremony, beautiful wedding and clearly an even better nighttime party because not only was I screaming over the music, talking to everybody, but I was obviously singing as well.

‘The voice went yesterday, it’s slowly coming back today but if I lose it completely, that’s why.’

Guests were also treated to a comedy routine from Stephen Mulhern and a hilarious speech from Ant, 45, which opened with the line: ‘Hi, I’m Ant and I’m an alcoholic.’

The morning after the wedding in Heckfield, Hampshire, hungover guests were encouraged to have luxury spa treatments, including massages and manicures, and send the bill to the newlyweds – with a reported £100,000 set aside to cater for the guests.

Ant and Anne-Marie, 43, have been together for three years, with the presenter proposing on Christmas Eve last year.
