The future Strictly Come Dancing star won two gold medals at the Tokyo Olympics and has an MBE, but who is his girlfriend Eirianedd Munro?

Who is Eirianedd Munro?

Eiri is a 23-year-old artist from Wales. She has over 19,000 followers on her Instagram account @eirimunro, where she posts sweet pictures of the son she shares with Adam.

Eiri also posts her art on a separate Instagram account @emunroart, which has 1,675 followers at present.

It’s reported that her father, Tola Munro, is a police officer at Somerset Constabulary and that she has a mother called Llywela, two sisters, Carys and Abi, and a brother, Elliott.

While Adam was competing in the Tokyo Olympics, Eiri took to Instagram to gush about her boyfriend: ” I am so so SO PROUD of [Adam].

“I wish I could be there to support and celebrate these monumental life moments with my boo, I just have to hope he feels all the love we’re sending from the other side of the world.

“We’ll be watching from the comfort of our sofa at 3am in the morning – or rather the edge of the sofa!”

How long have Eirianedd Munro and Adam Peaty been dating?

Adam, 26, met long-time girlfriend Eirianedd Munro while training at Loughborough University, where she was also studying at the time.

Eiri graduated with a BA in Fine Art on July 19 2021, while Adam was already in Tokyo preparing to win Olympic gold for Britain.

She posted a cute picture with her son on her Instagram feed on the day of her graduation with the caption: “It’s been a very long journey. Grateful for every twist and turn and bump in the road.”

Do Eirianedd Munro and Adam Peaty have children?

The couple share one son together named George-Anderson Adetola Peaty.

Adam announced the safe arrival of their baby boy in September 2020 in a picture captioned: “George-Anderson Adetola Peaty. 11/9/2020. 9lb 1oz. I’m so proud of you @eirimunro and I love you both incredibly.”

To complete the family unit, the couple also have an adorable springer spaniel named Theadora.
