Floyd Mayweather Adds Luxurious $18 Million Miami Mansion to His List of Expensive Purchases

Floyd Mayweather is nowhere close to ending his lucrative expenditures. As he continues to earn hefty paychecks, even in his post-retirement life, the 44-year-old has recently purchased a mansion in Miami with a whopping $18 million. Although the financial numbers seem massive, they are bleak before Mayweather’s earning of over $100 million from a single fight against Logan Paul in June.

Following the big payday and umpteen smart investments already on board, Mayweather has raked up the list of his owned mansions with another stellar addition. The palatial Palm Island Home, which Mayweather has purchased,  has an indoor cinema theater, gym, dock, swimming pool, and a garage for 10 cars. That’s not all,the mansion also reflects nine bedrooms and 10-5 bathrooms.

Reports suggest the ‘Floyd Mayweather mansion’ was evaluated at $19.9 million initially. Mayweather’s close entity, who he manages, acquired the property from Candido and Anabella Viyella. It seems the 10,853 sq-ft foot house, which is a decade in age, caught TBE’s attention and he turned it into the ‘Floyd Mayweather Mansion’ after buying.

Douglas Elliman broke a few pictures of the mansion on his official website, sending several fans into a frenzy. The 0.32-acre property has a lot of it facing towards Biscayne bay. Hence, the scenic beauty adds more glitter to the luxurious Floyd Mayweather house.

Apart from all the above-mentioned features, ‘Floyd Mayweather Mansion’ also has a coveted living area. The three-story mansion has a separate game room and entertainment room. On compiling all of it, Mayweather’s mansion appears to be the dream house for several people. However, it’s just one of the many gigantic places the undefeated boxer owns.

Many findings claim Mayweather also has a $26 million shelter in California with a wine wall. He also has a mansion in Las Vegas worth $10 million. That said, properties seem to have garnered Mayweather’s eye all the time. The five-division world champion boxer has lived an extravagant lifestyle throughout. Meanwhile, he has also made smart ways of making money.

While such massive expenses can turn to push many people towards bankruptcies, Mayweather is still a multi-millionaire celebrity.
