Witnesses saw a car speed past, and someone in the car fired five shots from an automatic weapon.
One resident said: “I heard five or six loud bangs they just sounded like fireworks, but then there was lots of screaming.
“All hell broke loose, there were people running in every direction. I saw one man run around the block and get into his car, his hand was bleeding and I think he had been shot.
Another said:“Suddenly we heard about five big bangs, but if it was fireworks that went off then you expect to hear a whoosh after and there wasn’t any.
“And then we heard a car screeching out, and we ran out, and everyone was screaming, and there was a woman on the floor, she was screaming.
“Some people were trying to help her, she was bleeding a lot, she was laying on the floor by the ping pong table.

“Then all the other cars started screeching and speeding out too.”
A neighbour is believed to have come out to tell party-goers to stop from her balcony, and got caught in the crossfire.
A friend of hers said: “She would have only come out to tell them to stop making such a racket, and tell them to stop.
“I think she was just there when it all happened, she would have come down from her flat.
“We’re just worried about her, we’ve not heard anything since last night.”
