Dani Dyer admitted raising son Santiago as a single mum is ‘hard’ after her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence was sentenced to 42 months in prison.
The Love Island star, who shares Santiago with Sammy, decided to jet off on holiday to escape the drama and focus on being a mum.
Her boyfriend was sent to prison for defrauding two pensioners out of more than £34,000.
In an Instagram Q&A with fans, Dani said she was lucky to have her family around her to help her with parenting, but it hasn’t been without it’s tough times.
When a follower asked if she ‘struggles on her own with a baby’, the reality TV star said: ‘I have such an amazing support system! Which I’m so grateful for they give me so much help when needed and I think I need to realise I shouldn’t be ashamed to ask for help…if I need a few hours off then I won’t feel bad to ask anymore…
‘Don’t get me wrong it is hard but I am so lucky that I’ve got an amazing family who love Santi so much.’

Dani also shared a funny story about travelling with her son, who was born in January this year.
Asked how the flight was the first time mum replied: ‘It wasn’t too bad! The way out here he cried for 20 minutes then slept the whole journey…
‘HOWEVER yesterday he was screaming for much longer (overtired) he then slept for half an hour s**t everywhere lol and had to be kept entertained eating lots of Ritz biscuits…then he pissed through all on mummy.
‘I think you have to just go with it, not overthink and go with the flow.
