Maya Jama’s boyfriend Ben Simmons spoils her on 27th birthday with exotic holiday

Maya Jama enjoyed a very impressive 27th birthday on Saturday, alongside her NBA boyfriend Ben Simmons, with who she went public at Wimbledon after speculation from fans.

The presenter travelled on a private jet with her beau for a gorgeous break in an undisclosed idyllic location, capitalising on sun, sea, sand, and some delicious food.

Sharing snaps from the day on her Instagram, Maya wrote: ’27 ALL THE BIRTHDAY FEELS ❤️ CLING CLING YA B******S I LOVE YOU ALL 😚😚😚😚’

She began her trip in the luxury setting of a private plane, sipping on a cocktail as she posed for a picture with her legs crossed casually.

Ben, 25, also shared a funny clip of her wrapped up in a blue blanket for the flight, as Maya joked: ‘ET, phone home’, before descending into giggles.

The basketball player captioned the clip: ‘Happy birthday to this beautiful girl @mayajama’, with a string of emojis.

Once arrived at their destination, Maya was clearly living life to the full as she shared a picture of herself posing on a private balcony with palm trees and the ocean in the background, looking stunning in an orange bikini.

The star also posted a snap of herself enjoying the high life with a plate of lobster in the swimming pool, as well as a gorgeous view of turquoise waves and a present of a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila.

In her Stories, Maya posted a clip from her celebratory birthday breakfast, complete with serenading from a live mariachi band on the beach while she and Ben enjoyed a special spread, including fruits, a birthday cake and glasses of Bucks Fizz.

Maya was also in a musical mood – and why not? – as she shared a few clips of herself singing along to songs throughout the day.

Friends headed to the comments on her grid photos to share their birthday wishes with Maya.

Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon wrote: ‘Happy birthday darling ❤️’, while soon-to-be Strictly star AJ Odudu exclaimed: ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.’

Ben celebrated his birthday just a few weeks ago, and Maya marked the day by sharing loved-up black and white photos of the pair of them.

She also initiated the mariachi band theme by arranging for one to perform for her boyfriend for his special day first, with the star laughing as the group played, as she wished him a happy birthday.

Mariachi bands seem to be enjoying a moment right now, as Baywatch star David Hasselhoff enjoyed a surprise performance from one in Spain for his 69th birthday in July.
