Love Island’s Liberty Poole is struggling with the conflicting opinions she has been getting from other islanders as her relationship with Jake Cornish hits another bump in the road.
Despite the pair seeming to get their relationship back on track after she doubted whether he actually loved her, upcoming scenes suggest things might be officially over between them with just days to go before the final.
A heartbreaking teaser trailer that aired on Wednesday night showed Liberty breaking down in tears.
Body language expert Judi James feels the islander became so upset because she has ‘lost control’ in her relationship and is overwhelmed by other couples telling her what they think she should do.
Judi told Metro.co.uk’s Love or Lie Island: ‘Liberty, bless her, she keeps saying, “I’ve now discovered that I’m a strong woman” and it’s like Liberty, no, you’ve been played.
‘You have people say, “You’ve gotta tackle Jake about this” and put thoughts in her mind that probably we were thinking at home as well, but that’s what’s she’s responding to. I hate that clip of her in those horrible tears we’ve been shown for tomorrow night.

‘She’s just a go between. She feels she has grown and learnt but sadly I think she’s learnt how to listen to too many people and respond.
‘She’s saying I’m a strong woman because she knows that’s what the women want to hear, but she should have just sorted that one out with Jake by herself. If she genuinely believes that he loves her then she shouldn’t have been putting him on the spot like that. There was no need for it.’

She added: ‘I don’t want to feel sorry for Jake too much. I feel sorry for her for over listening.’
Is it the end of the road for Jiberty? And will Liberty learn to trust herself?
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
