Three Manny Pacquiao Records That May Never Be Broken

Manny Pacquiao ranks among the greatest legends to ever grace the boxing ring. His career, spread across decades, inspires the budding generation of boxers to be just like him. In his prolonged boxing career, Pacquiao set huge records. However, there are three prime records that may never be broken. But what is so special about these records?

Recently, Kevin Iole jotted down these records and revealed them to the world.

Back in 2019, Pacquiao held the WBA welterweight ‘super’ strap. The WBA stripped him of the belt in 2020, i.e. his fourth decade in the sport. Pacquiao is the only pugilist to be a world champion in four different decades.

The second record is that he’s held lineal championships in a staggering five divisions. His lineal title wins came in at flyweight, featherweight, super-featherweight, super-lightweight, and welterweight. His third record is that he’s the only man to win titles in eight classes.

These achievements are paramount, and it’ll require consistency and longevity to shatter them.
