She wanted to have fun, she was a Barbie Girl, she freed our mind and came for the crown, but Silky Nutmeg Ganache has been forced to hit back at Drag Race fans who trolled the queen after slaying her rivals one by one in a lip-sync bloodbath.

During the latest episode of All Stars, the ‘game within a game’ was finally revealed, with eliminated queens given the chance to ru-deem themselves and lip-sync for another chance in the competition.

As the third queen booted off the catwalk this season, Silky knocked out six determined competitors before facing her final opponent, Eureka! For the first time in Drag Race herstory, Silky even challenged herself performing both male and female parts of Barbie Girl.

A true icon of our times.

Naturally, when some viewers accused Silky of having assistance with her performances, she had plenty to say.

Addressing the haters on Twitter, she wrote: ‘FYI. All the props where made by me using my creativity. I wasn’t allowed any assistance and I had to bring it on stage myself. I’m a guru because I set the standard. I treated every lip sync like a grand finale. #AllStars6.

‘Production didn’t get me anything. I had all my drag in my room with me and I wanted to show many talents.

‘Both people got the lip sync at the same time. So please stop trying to discredit this Black artist. My creativity was my only advantage. #AllStars6 #lipsyncguru #talent.’

She continued: ‘All of my tweets today was to show you true #blackexcellence I’m proud of who I am and where I came from.

‘I’m humbled by this experience. And thank you to everyone that truly understand the efforts of the last episode.’

As it stands, fans will be waiting until next week to discover if Silky’s efforts were enough to win her place back in the competition. But either way, she’ll always have a place in the lip sync hall of fame.

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 6 is available to stream on Netflix, with new episodes dropping on Thursdays.
