Jersey Shore star Nicole Snooki Polizzi’s plastic surgery transformation, including a boob job, Botox, and lip fillers

WHEN Nicole Polizzi, better known as Snooki, first stepped into the Jersey Shore house, fans had no idea that she would be on TV 12 years later.

The adopted Italian guidette gave us some of the best pop culture moments in history – from her drunkenly running along the beach to writing the infamous letter that began Sammi Sweetheart and Ronnie’s breakup.

2009

When Snooki first appeared in front of the MTV cameras, she left quite an impression as she used too much self-tanner and rocked a puff at the top of her head.

She also sported thin eyebrows, tons of black eyeliner, short and tight dresses, and booties.

The Chile native also made sure to compliment all of her outfits with massive hoop earrings.

2010

Snooki’s style and physique didn’t change too much after just one year.

She traded her Uggs and fur boots for booties and made her signature puff even bigger.

2012

By 2012, Snooki had shocked the world when she revealed she and Jionni, her boyfriend whom she had met on the show, were having their first child together.

They named their first child Lorenzo.

At this time, Snooki had obviously left her partying days behind and opted to show off her baby bump at every chance she got.

Although she didn’t leave behind her loud style, she added some chunky highlights to her hair.

Following the birth of her first child, Snooki lost over 46 pounds.

2015

In 2015, after years of feeling insecure about her thin lips, the now-married woman decided to get lip fillers.

“First session of lip plumps and it’s just fabulous,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I’ve always hated my thin lips and never thought I had the balls to get needles in my lip to perfect them but I did!

“Trust me, girls, I was terrified to get my first ‘procedure’ ever done, but it wasn’t terrible at all! And I hate needles! I love my ‘natural beauty,’ but being able to enhance my lips to make me feel better about myself is life.”

She also switched up her brunette hair for a burgundy color that would become her staple for years to come.

At this point, she had also given birth to her and Jionni’s second child together, Giovanna.

2016

By 2016, Snooki had decided to undergo breast augmentation surgery, where she went up to a C cup.

“I know in previous interviews, I told everyone I wanted to wait to have my boobs done until after I had kids, but I could be 50 by then,” she revealed on Instagram at the time.

“I’m in my prime right now. I’m gonna be 29, and I want to be as hot as I can!”

FAMILY VACATION

2018

Snooki showed off her new body as she rejoined the cast of the Jersey Shore on their spin-off, Family Vacation.

But it wasn’t long until fans got a glimpse of her as a mom as she was now pregnant with her third child, Angelo.

All in all, she sported a slimmer face and body and seemed to be a completely different person from the Snooki that was arrested ten years prior because of public intoxication.

2019

Following her giving birth for the third time, Snooki got back to showing off her amazing transformation as she walked the red carpet with crop tops and chunky heels.

At this point, she had also indulged in a few tattoos as she showed them off in her arms and back.

Sadly, at the end of 2019, Snooki made the tough decision to quit Jersey Shore after a messy fight with the unrecognizable Angelina Pivarnick at her wedding.

2021

After a shocking Covid-19 positive test, Snooki self-isolated from her family who had tested negative.

At this time, Snooki looked amazing as she continued with her workout routine to have a more natural look on her body.

She also decided to return to Jersey Shore after Ronnie Magro was fired over various domestic violence incidents.
