Dog the Bounty Hunter’s stepdaughter, Cecily Chapman, has been arrested for domestic violence after she reportedly ‘punched her ex, Matty Smith’.

According to police reports obtained by TMZ, Honolulu police were called on July 21 and when they arrived on the scene, Chapman’s ex-fiance Matty Smith claimed she had punched him.

Smith reportedly told police the pair had been ‘drinking’ before Chapman ‘became verbally and physically abusive’.

Police claim Smith alleged Chapman had punched him on both sides of his face and bit his upper back, which was reportedly left a bruised and swollen mark.

Smith was not taken to hospital and the Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has not filed charges.

Chapman confirmed to the outlet there was an incident but said it was an ‘altercation where a man struck me and said vile things about the memory of my dead mother.’

She claimed: ‘I used proportional response, disabled the aggressor, and stood up for the memory of my mom. She would have handled it quite the same way, I can assure you.

‘If you put your hands on Cecily Chapman you will get your a** kicked.’
