Mother of Sharon Stone’s nephew speaks out after 11-month-old son’s death: ‘My heart shattered into a million pieces’

The mother of Sharon Stone’s nephew, who died aged 11 months, has shared a heartfelt tribute after his death.
Fatal Attraction actress Sharon announced River had died just days after being rushed to hospital with total organ failure.
‘River William Stone – Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021,’ Sharon captioned the post.
Tasha, who is married to Sharon’s younger brother Patrick Stone, expressed her heartache at the death of her baby boy, who was born September 2020 and due to celebrate his first birthday next week, in her own Facebook post.
The grieving mother wrote: ‘God needed River in Heaven. I can’t say more than I needed him here on Earth because my heart is shattered into a million pieces.
‘My days will never be the same and I have no idea how I am supposed to live my life without the sweetest boy in the universe. I am crushed.’
Tasha included a video of River laughing around with Eric Clapton’s song Tears in Heaven playing in the background.
She continued in the caption: ‘River William Stone you were loved beyond measure. Leaving your hospital room today was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I will ALWAYS love you my sweet baby boy.’
Last Friday, Sharon asked her fans to keep little River in their thoughts and prayers when first revealing his ill health.
Alongside a picture of the young child surrounded by equipment in his hospital bed, Sharon wrote: ‘My nephew and godson River Stone was found in his crib w total organ failure today.

‘Please pray for him. We need a miracle🤍💥🙏’
Following news of River’s death, Sharon’s celebrity friends passed on their condolences to her family, with Debra Messing commenting: ‘Noooooooooooooo. I am in disbelief. Oh Sharon, there are no words, other than I’m so sorry for your whole family’s loss. I am praying for all of you at this unimaginable time.’
Leslie Jordan wrote: ‘This breaks my heart. I’m in pieces right now.’
