Cardi B has revealed that her $5.5million home has been flooded after Hurricane Ida hit Georgia.

The 28-year-old captioned some of the damage on video as she shared clips of the water entering her mansion on Instagram Story on Wednesday.

In the clips, she panned over her wood floors to show that they were covered in water and stated: ‘This is so f**king wack’.

‘Storm is no joke,’ the WAP rapper wrote over on video before she added: ‘This storm ain’t no hoe.’

The Bodak Yellow rapper then gave fans a look of her flooded bathroom as she shouted: ‘Oh, my God, it’s starting to sink.’

Cardi and her husband, Offset, purchased the five-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion in the Sandy Springs suburb of Atlanta on Christmas Eve 2019.

The rap star couple lives there with their three-year-old daughter, Kulture, and they have another baby on the way.

According to Fox 5 Atlanta, north Georgia and metro Atlanta experienced the strongest effects of Hurricane Ida, now classified as a tropical depression, on August 31.

There was a possible threat of ‘spin-up tornadoes and damaging winds’ and the outlet predicted that ‘rainfall could be heavy.’

A Flash Flood Watch was put in place on the morning of August 31 and lasted until 2PM on September 1 ‘for counties west of Atlanta and north into the mountain.’

Thankfully for Cardi, the remainder of the week is expected to be ‘drier and much more pleasant,’ while other East Coast states remain in danger of flash flooding.
