In fact, the 25-year-old Dancing On Ice star is making sure she stays supple by teaching yoga.

She’s been saluting the sun and passing on her passion to pliable pupils at a retreat in Greece.

Vanessa wrote on social media: “Life is all about balance and I’m happy to feel like I’ve been finding it thanks to yoga.”

She’s set to return to ITV’s celeb ice-skating show in January — to meet a whole new bunch of posers.

Newly single Vanessa has been a regular on the party scene since restrictions have lifted and after splitting from boyfriend Rory McCall. 

Friends of the ice skater say the pair decided to call time on their relationship again after dating on-and-off for two years.

The break up is said to be a mutual decision and that there are no hard feelings between them.

One pal said: “Vanessa has told people she is no longer dating Rory.

 “It seems they ended things on good terms and it was mutual.

 “They only wish each other well.”
