FINALLY! Official Stadium of Champions League Winning Club Is Returning to FIFA 22

After many rumors and speculations, EA Sports finally has confirmed the return of Porto and Benfica’s stadiums in Fifa 22. EA Sports has announced the Official Stadiums list with five new stadiums set to feature in the Game.

Porto’s Estadio do Dragao and Benfica’s Estadio do Luz are two of the new stadiums. Besides, Brentford’s Brentford Community Stadium, Real Sociedad’s Real Arena, and Cadiz CF’s Estadio Nuevo have been added as well.

Portuguese rivals get licensed versions of their stadiums in Fifa 22

The Portuguese clubs have decided to renew their partnership with Electronic Arts and thanks to this, we are all set to get Porto and Benfica’s home ground in Fifa 22. Estadio do Dragao hosts home games for Porto in the domestic Liga NOS and in European Club Football matches. The tweet below shows a glimpse of the stadium, in a video released by EA Sports and Porto’s Social handles.

For now, Boca Juniors’ La Bombonera stadium has not been added to the game. EA plans to add this as soon as possible, before the launch.

New Face Scans

French Player Eduardo Camavinga gets a new face update and for the first time, he will feature his real face instead of a generic one like in Fifa 21.

From Porto’s stadium announcement, it seems like the defender Pepe has received a face update as well.

New Transfers

Many key players will feature in their new clubs in Fifa 22, following the summer transfer window. Fifa 21 has already received a squad update wherein the new transfers have been updated. Here are some of the key transfers to look forward to in the game.

Cristiano Ronaldo – Piemonte Calcio (Juventus’ generic name) to Manchester United
Lionel Messi – FC Barcelona to Paris Saint Germain
Eduardo Camavinga – Rennes to Real Madrid
Kurt Zouma – Chelsea to West Ham United
Antoine Griezmann – Barcelona to Athletico Madrid (Loan)
Sergio Ramos – Real Madrid to Paris Saint Germain
