The mathematician shared the showstopping snaps as she headed to work at BBC Radio Wales.

In the first photo, Carol beamed as she posed for a mirror selfie in her ruffled skirt and figure hugging beige long-sleeved top.

She completed her chic ensemble with a pair of laced up cowboy boots with a thin heel.

The TV star wrote: “Happy days….Cowgirl style with a coffee in the way to work today.

“Back in Cardiff on BBC RADIO WALES from 1130-2pm .”

The maths whizz opted for a chunky wooden beaded necklace with a large gold bangle.

The telly favourite kept her brunette tresses loose over her shoulders and opted for a neutral makeup palette.

It comes after Carol wowed fans on Instagram when she showed off her curves in a slinky black dress with sheer panels on Thursday night.

Carol revealed her age-defying beauty as she hosted the Motor Transport Awards in a classic little black dress.

The TV star looked sensational as she squeezed her curves into the slinky number.

She showed off the her cleavage in the low cut gown with long sleeves.

The daring dress even had a lace see-through panel at the side that gave fans a glimpse of her flesh.

The TV favourite had asked fans to help her decide what to wear on Instagram first.

She posted a video of a gold dress, and a silver gown, but the black dress was the winner by miles.

She wrote: “The black dress wins. By lots of votes. Best try it on then. No idea what it’s going to look like though. I do this all the time. Buy a dress without trying it on, and then think, oh God! Then wear it anyway.”

Posting a shot of her finished look on Instagram, she wrote alongside it:

“I even washed my hair and curled it without burning myself!!! I think that actually makes me a GROWN UP instead of a tomboy….for a change.”
